that fabricates evidence to QCAT for the purpose of a Cover Up, and then refuses to own up to, recant or correct its dishonest behaviour.

It is believed that most, if not all of the Coronis Team (with so called; "Gifted Minds"), are aware of the allegations regarding a Team Member fabricating evidence and lying to QCAT, and the fact that Coronis Management (in particular Andrew Coronis) choose to ignore the Evidence Brief of the dishonesty and alleged crime, and what this sort of behaviour brings to the reputation of those with "Gifted Minds", and the name "Coronis".

As a person whose family has been a victim of the dishonesty and alleged crime by one of the "Gifted Minds", I am seeking an opinion from all of those with "Gifted Minds", as to simply providing an opinion of what is set out in the Summary and My Request below, and entering it into the contact form below.

In due course, opinions will be sought from each "Gifted Mind" via their very own Landing Page.

Summary

In March 2023 Coronis Real Estate Rentals Sunshine Coast (ASIC search), offered a lease renewal to its existing tenants containing an Onerous Condition and threat of eviction if not accepted. The tenants refused to agree to the Onerous Condition and consequently were issued with a Notice to Leave based on Owner Instructions. Five months later in August 2023 at the QCAT hearing of the matter, Eliza Black for Coronis and acting on behalf the property owners Saurav & Ashleigh Kataria, stated that the Onerous Condition was an Administrative Error (AE) and never meant to be a condition of the lease renewal.

Trouble is, the Evidence Brief shows that despite substantial discourse between the parties between March and August, the so called AE was not communicated to the tenants until by total surprise (causing Denial of Procedural Fairness, see paragraphs 13 to 16) at the August QCAT hearing. Consequently the AE can only be a fabrication, and in fact the real error was, picking the wrong tenants to gouge and then lying about it.

Because of the substantial delay in QCAT deliberating this serious matter of dishonesty and alleged criminality, a complaint has been made to the Department of Justice and Attorney-General.

This Landing Page is a subdomain of the domain CoronisCoverUp.au, and my name is Gordon Craven.

I am one the tenant victims at the hand of what I see as the Dishonest Coronis Rentals Outfit, and as such, I seek your opinion of the dishonesty, and alleged criminality.

You have been chosen for this request because unlike others named herein, I believe you are a totally honest individual that is NOT involved in any way with the dishonesty and alleged criminality.

Eliza Black together with Andrew Coronis along with property owners Saurav Kataria & Ashleigh Kataria, outright refuse to provide an explanation for the lies provided to the QCAT Tribunal which were treated as evidence, and accordingly Andrew Coronis appears not to be the "giving and helping others" corporate saint, that he sets himself up to be, otherwise he would surely be appalled by the behaviour, like any law abiding person would be, and positively address it in one form or another. However along with the Katarias, his method so far is to ignore the issue, and thus instead of helping, he shows a total disregard for others.

What a shining example this grinning turkey sets for his Coronis Company and the Gifted Minds.

Ignoring the issue would appear unwise because as the saying goes... The Cover Up is Worse Than The Crime. As such, I am inviting agent/manager/franchisee colleagues of Eliza Black and Andrew Coronis, to provide what they would like to say about Fabricating Evidence to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).

I see the silence as an extension of the cover up, and also see that you are a colleague of these individuals. As such I respectfully request your response to this matter.
